I've been using it for about three weeks once a day, I'm delighted with the results it's giving, from the first use you notice the skin is super soft, with the days you notice the skin is smoother, I follow the recommendation... to use after the fat burner cold effect, and also massage the legs with suction cups, the result is much better, obviously.
