To find a product on our website you have several options. A quick and easy way to find your favourite cosmetic is to click on the magnifying glass that appears in the main menu, next to the "Login" or the shopping cart icons, and access our search engine by entering the name (or part of the name) of the desired product. A folding list will appear and all you have to do is click on the item you were looking for.
You can also choose to browse within each category in the main menu, differentiating between the "New Products", "Face", "Hair", "Body", "Home", "Men's" and "Gifts" sections. Within these categories you can also search by subcategories depending on the type of article you are interested in, your specific needs or the type of skin or hair you have, to name a few possibilities.
For example, within the category "Face" we find the subcategories "Products", "Skin types" and "Concern". The "Products" section sorts the different cosmetics for facial care by families, while in "Skin types", the items are grouped according to their product line, that is, the cosmetics recommended for cleaning and treatments are brought together. oily, dry, combination or normal skin. In the "Concern" subcategory, the products are classified according to specific needs, such as fighting acne, blemishes or redness, among other possibilities.
Once you have selected the product, you will be able to access its description, photographs, instructions for use, ingredients and contraindications for its use. You can save the product as a favourite or add it directly to your shopping cart.
Select your favourite products
Choose your favourite products and add them to your basket. You can "Continue shopping" or go to the shopping cart to complete the purchase process. In this step you have the possibility to change the number of units and to delete the items you do not want. In the shopping cart you will find the articles chosen by you and those that are automatically added according to the promotions active on the web.
Depending on the destination, weight, dimensions and total amount of the order, the purchase is subject to the payment of shipping costs. In the case of orders costing more than 39 euros (VAT included), these will be free of charge within the Spanish peninsular territory.
Before continuing and clicking on the "Place order" button, if you have a promotional code, it is time to enter it and check that it has been applied correctly. Now you can click on the "Place order" button.
Registered customer or guest account
If you are already a registered customer, log in with your email address and password, and continue with the purchase process. As a new user you have two options, you can either "Shop as a guest", adding your first name, surname and email address, or create your account on the Mi Rebotica website and register to save time on your next order. Just add your date of birth and a password.
Complete the form including the delivery address and billing address. If you want both to be different, do not forget to indicate this by selecting this option.
In the step "Shipping method" you have the possibility to add comments or observations about your order. In this part of the checkout process, for an additional cost, if you want the package to be wrapped, you can check the corresponding box.
Methods of payment
Select the payment method by choosing between "Secure card payment", "Payment by bank transfer (we will send an email with the account number to which to make the payment)", "Payment with Bizum", "Payment with Paypal" or "Aplazame- Payment in instalments", and accept the terms of service.
Formalising the order
After completing the process and confirming the purchase, a screen will appear on the website announcing that "Your order is confirmed", including details of the order such as the reference number, the items purchased or the chosen payment method. An email will automatically be sent to your email address.
In that first confirmation email you will receive, there is a section called "My orders and details" where registered users can track the status of the order and download the invoice. If you have a guest account, you can do this from "Guest Tracking".
