You can use it in 2 different ways. If you already have a specific treatment for hyperhidrosis, you can use it as a shower soap and then proceed to apply said treatment. This will work as a complement and enhancer of said treatment.
Another option is to apply it dry as a treatment (similar to how you would apply a deodorant stick). First, you have to clean yourself with a foreign shower gel and once the area is dry, rub the tablet completely dry on the skin. Talcum and aluminum powder will control sweat production during the day.
